AI is an exciting topic not only because of its potential. But also because this potential lies at the intersection of technology, data protection, information security, and process management.
As a result, several regulations always apply at the same time. We do not see these as an obstacle to innovation, but as a helpful guide for developing robust and responsible solutions.
Ultimately, however, regulations depend on how they are implemented in practice. Especially when advising others, it is important to know the status quo and to be able to understand different interpretations.
That is why we welcome every opportunity to gain insights into how others put things into practice. For example, at the Tech & Law Summit by SRD Rechtsanwälte and the BUJ.
