Where exactly can AI from Vimmera AI be used? How do the systems work, which functions are available, how are they structured, and how can they concretely support day-to-day business operations? In the following, we show which use cases our solutions offer, how they are designed, and what added value they create in everyday practice.

What software does Vimmera use?

A question we would like to answer here. -Because we are often asked whether what Vimmera does is “assembled” from standard components.

And first of all, no! Our software consists neither of standard components nor do we assemble it from ready-made building blocks or similar. We do speak of a modular system. But by that we mean our own modular system, which we use to provide you with components that can be seamlessly integrated into our ecosystem.

All of our software components are conceived and developed by us ourselves. And if you are now asking: Of course, we also use AI for this!

We do not (yet) develop our own LLMs. Maybe someday. We would certainly like to.

We use proven LLMs and other AI systems (e.g. image generation or speech recognition), combine them across manufacturers, and optimize how they work. Let’s take a car manufacturer as an example: Aston Martin builds wonderful cars that are absolutely unique. In some of these masterpieces, however, engines and other components from other manufacturers are installed. For example, AMG supplies particularly high-quality drive units. But Aston Martin does not simply use the “standard” engine. -They also work on many parts of the unit themselves. New cylinders, new turbo, new exhaust system. -And modified software.

That is roughly how our work can be understood.

We take the best that is available on the market and make it even better. We adapt it to our infrastructure. And our infrastructure is designed for your company.

So more than ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot. -Even though we like using all three ourselves. -But in our own way.

And then there are your data.

Our Cortex ingests the data. -But not simply like a data folder with a better search function.

Often, nothing remains the same (or rather, bit remains the same) when we reorganize the data structures.

Do you store a PDF in your head? We don’t think so.

Why should an AI system do that then? Just because it can?

We don’t do many things just because we can.

That is why our Cortex works differently too. Simply unique.

individual systems are better than standard solutions

Vimmera AI does not offer standardized AI systems that are simply selected from a fixed portfolio and used unchanged. Instead, we provide proven solutions that we select together with you and specifically adapt to your company, your processes, and your requirements.

Because standard solutions are exactly that: standardized. For companies with individual workflows, established structures, and specific requirements, that is often not enough in practice. An AI solution can only unfold its full potential if it integrates sensibly into existing ways of working and systems.

This is comparable to large ERP systems: there too, no ready-made off-the-shelf solution is introduced, but rather a platform that is adapted to the company’s circumstances. That is also how we understand the use of AI in a professional business context.

However, that does not mean every solution has to be developed from scratch. Vimmera AI works with a modular building-block system. On this basis, we identify the right components, combine proven functions, further adapt them if necessary, and add additional features in a targeted way. This creates a solution that is both efficiently implementable and precisely tailored to your company.

Sometimes, however, our standard solutions are a good fit too, so it does not always have to be customized.

Every company is unique. Processes, ways of working, responsibilities, and requirements often differ significantly. A truly powerful AI solution must be tailored precisely to that—not only technically, but also organizationally and professionally.

That is why, in our view, it does not make sense to simply take a ready-made assistant “off the shelf” and use it unchanged in a company. Our goal is to create AI solutions that work in practice, deliver real added value, and integrate seamlessly into your business reality.

This allows exactly the components, functions, and applications to be combined that fit your company’s requirements. With Vimmera Studio, Vimmera Assist, Vimmera Cortex, and the Vimmera Tools, a flexible AI environment is created that can be specifically adapted to existing processes, ways of working, and areas of use.

Vimmera Studio

Vimmera Studio forms the central platform for company-wide use of AI applications. As a browser-based (cloud) environment, it enables location-independent access to intelligent functions and creates a unified digital workspace for various application areas.
