A Successful WertNetzWerke Summit in Nuremberg
An all-around successful event at the beautiful, spacious Fraunhofer IIS venue in Nuremberg! The joint keynote by Michael Merscher and Prof. Dr. Erich Behrendt of wisnet on “AI & Change Management – Leadership in the Digital Transformation” was very well received and sparked lively discussions. We were especially pleased by the many interesting, subject-related conversations and the valuable exchange of ideas about AI and knowledge management. Vimmera® is now a registered trademark
We actually thought we’d finally made it through all the startup-related administrative formalities. But apparently, there was still something left to do. That makes us all the more delighted that Vimmera® is now officially registered as a trademark. Trademark registration means a great deal to us and marks another milestone on our journey. It highlights and protects the uniqueness of our company name and the Vimmera brand associated with it. From now on, Vimmera is no longer just a “name.” It is now a trademark officially registered with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office.

WertNetzWerke Summit in Nuremberg

On 25 June 2026, we will be taking part in the WertNetzWerke Summit in Oldenburg. Under the motto “The future of SMEs: digitalization, automation and innovation live,” decision-makers from SMEs will come together to discuss concrete paths into the digital future. Michael Merscher will contribute insights on the topic “AI & Change Management – Leadership in the digital transformation.” Because successful AI implementation means more than technology: it is about clear goals, suitable use cases, good processes, and involving the people in the company. Tech & Law Summit
AI is an exciting topic not only because of its potential. But also because this potential lies at the intersection of technology, data protection, information security, and process management. As a result, several regulations always apply at the same time. We do not see these as an obstacle to innovation, but as a helpful guide for developing robust and responsible solutions. New office
Vimmera is now six months old, and we are pleased to say: a great deal has already been created in this short time. Together with our customers, we have been able to advance exciting projects, gain valuable experience, and at the same time continuously develop our Vimmera Studio. As we grow, so do our requirements for space, structure, and exchange. That is why we are very pleased to move into our new office from 01/07. There, we will have more space for our team in the future as well as suitable rooms for training sessions, workshops, meetings, and audits. Mera as a WordPress plugin
Our website has grown recently, especially in terms of content. Many of the new features have so far been visible mainly to our customers. Now there is a visible change for everyone: MERA is now also available as a WordPress plugin. This means MERA can be integrated directly into WordPress-based websites and supports users directly on the content pages. In addition, the new dynamic search preview shows matching results as you type. This makes interaction faster, more direct, and more convenient. Try it out now!
Company formation
Today we officially founded Vimmera AI Solutions GmbH before a notary. This step is not easy for us, because we value our previous company, our work, and our colleagues and will miss them. All the more, we are delighted that from today we are no longer just planning Vimmera, but are truly beginning. For the time being, Rasmus Abromeit will take over the management, and Vincent Münze and Michael Merscher will join in two months.
Organizer
Even as a digital company, quite a bit still happens on paper for us. Even before contracts are discussed at all, an NDA is already on the table. And the actual contract is not the end of it; other important documents such as the data processing agreement are added as well. And sometimes an offer simply feels more tangible when it is available on paper. So that everything still remains well organized and bundled during appointments, we got ourselves small organizational helpers for our visits.

We mainly work digitally. When we hold paper in our hands, it's something special, often with signatures. Especially now in the start-up phase, these are moments when something becomes tangible. Bureaucracy: done!
As of today, the last formal act of our founding has also been completed: We have received our VAT ID. This means we can now also issue invoices to our partners outside Germany.Two months is quite fast by German standards, but the process still felt much longer. All the more reason for us to be happy to now fully focus on the exciting part of founding and our actual work.
Social Media
For our online presence, we have focused on our homepage over the past few weeks. It was important to us not to create a pure marketing site. We want to present our core topic, the introduction of AI in companies, in great detail. We have now achieved this goal. However, we are well aware that a homepage alone is not enough to inform people about us and our services. Therefore, the next step for us is to be present on social media platforms as well. We are starting with LinkedIn and XING. Our company profiles are now set up there. The first posts will follow shortly.
From today, the three of us
As of today, the three of us are working full-time on Vimmera. In addition to Rasmus Abromeit, Michael Merscher and Vincent Münze are now also managing directors. In recent months, Michael Merscher and Vincent Münze were still in their previous jobs. After the founding and preparation phase, we can now fully focus on our customers together.
Entry in the commercial register
When you are waiting for something yourself, everything feels like it takes even longer. That's why we are all the more pleased that today was the day: We are now registered in the commercial register. The Vimmera AI Solutions GmbH i.G. has now become Vimmera AI Solutions GmbH. And of course, we are already celebrating: First, we are revising all the documents that we had marked with i.G. in the meantime.
