Vimmera Studio is Vimmera's AI productivity platform that connects enterprise data, knowledge and artificial intelligence in a central working environment. Vimmera Studio is fully browser-based and available without installation. The platform can be used on Windows, macOS and Linux, as well as with common browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. Access via tablet or smartphone is also possible. This makes AI-supported work available regardless of workplace and device.

Data protection and data security are integral parts of the platform architecture from the outset. Access is exclusively encrypted via HTTPS and is additionally protected by two-factor authentication. The LLMs used are hosted in Europe, and data processing is designed to comply with the GDPR.

Every user input is automatically checked before being sent and can be anonymized depending on the configuration. This includes the use of PII filters (Personally Identifiable Information), which detect and handle personal or sensitive information accordingly.

Inputs are only forwarded if they are classified as permissible and do not pose a security or compliance risk.

The same control mechanism applies before results are output. Responses can be checked depending on role, authorization and company policies. This enables system-level enforcement of restrictions on product or competitor comparisons, limiting sensitive information to specific roles, or preventing the output of confidential content.

A central element of Vimmera Studio is the “Agents” category. Depending on their authorization, users can select different systems that differ in capabilities, tone and function. Different LLMs (Large Language Models) can also be used, depending on the specific use case.

The agents access company-specific knowledge from the Vimmera knowledge database. Only verified enterprise knowledge is integrated into this database. This reduces the risk of hallucinations and significantly improves the quality of responses.

Flexible LLM architecture

Vimmera Studio supports the flexible use of different LLMs. Depending on performance and data protection requirements, cloud models, dedicated server solutions or fully local installations on the company network can be used.

Regardless of the model used, the same security, output and compliance controls always apply. The platform remains consistent, controllable and trustworthy.

Interfaces & integration

Vimmera Studio can be operated as a stand-alone solution or seamlessly integrated into existing IT systems. Through open interfaces, including MCP interfaces, the platform can communicate with ERP, CRM, CMS, DMS or email systems.

Workflows do not need to be adapted to the software – the software adapts to established processes.

In practice, Vimmera Studio often works in the background. Data is exchanged across systems while users continue working in their familiar applications.

Example from everyday work

An incoming email is automatically analyzed. The AI recognizes, for example, a quote request, extracts relevant information and transfers a prepared quote template directly to the ERP system. A finished quote draft then appears there and can be reviewed and edited as usual. No additional tool, no new work step, simply an automated workflow.

The process remains familiar, while the manual effort is eliminated.

Private workspace

Through their personal account (with username, password and two-factor authentication), each user gains access to their private workspace. There, conversation histories, project access, used agents and work statuses can be viewed and managed.

Vimmera Studio thus becomes a structured, traceable workspace for AI-supported processes.

Tools section

Tools are AI tools that differ structurally from individual agents and assistants. They can bring together multiple specialized agents and assistants in a shared workflow. Each component performs a defined task and passes its results to subsequent steps. This creates end-to-end processes that can also handle complex specialist tasks.

Such a tool can, for example, detect and classify an incoming email, extract and open existing attachments, and analyze their contents. It can process not only text and documents. Images, plans and technical drawings can also be evaluated and used as a basis for further processing steps.

From technical drawings, the tool can, for example, determine relevant values such as dimensions, areas or room sizes. Technical calculations and product sizing can then be carried out on this basis, for example for heating systems. Further process steps may include calculating sound values, selecting suitable products, preparing quotes and generating customer-specific texts.

The tool can also interact with existing IT systems. Bills of materials, product data or other results can be automatically transferred to ERP, CRM or other systems and processed further there.

Controlled approval processes can also be integrated. Before results or documents are sent, employees can review and approve them. After approval, the tool can automatically finalize the response and send it to the customer.

In this way, tools connect individual AI capabilities into complete workflows in which specialized agents, assistants, enterprise data and existing IT systems work together in a coordinated manner.

A comprehensive admin section is available for operation within the company. Users can be managed, roles and permissions assigned, and access and governance concepts implemented.
