Using a personal login (with username, password, and two-factor authentication), each user gains access to their private workspace. There, they can view and manage conversation histories, project access, agents used, and work in progress.

For example, a tool can identify and classify an incoming email, extract and open existing attachments, and analyze their contents. It can process not only text and documents, but also images, plans, and technical drawings, using them as a basis for further processing steps.

This information can then be used for technical calculations and product specifications, such as for heating systems.
