An interesting event and an exciting venue. Many thanks to the organizers.
Vimmera AI named a “Company of the Future”!
We are delighted to have been named a “Company of the Future” by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (diind)! This award recognizes companies that combine innovation, responsibility, strong values and future readiness. As part of a multi-stage evaluation process, our digital presence, business idea, innovation potential, future orientation and social commitment were assessed, among other things. A particular focus is our approach to making artificial intelligence safe, responsible and economically viable for companies of every size and across all industries. With our AI solutions, we support companies from the initial consultation through practical implementation to long-term operation. Data protection, data security and the responsible use of AI play a central role from the very beginning. This award…
A Successful WertNetzWerke Summit in Nuremberg
An all-around successful event at the beautiful, spacious Fraunhofer IIS venue in Nuremberg! The joint keynote by Michael Merscher and Prof. Dr. Erich Behrendt of wisnet on “AI & Change Management – Leadership in the Digital Transformation” was very well received and sparked lively discussions. We were especially pleased by the many interesting, subject-related conversations and the valuable exchange of ideas about AI and knowledge management. A heartfelt thank-you to Prof. Dr. Erich Behrendt for the joint presentation, and to Mittelstand-Digital WertNetzWerke and Fraunhofer IIS for the excellent organization and successful event!
Vimmera® is now a registered trademark
We actually thought we’d finally made it through all the startup-related administrative formalities. But apparently, there was still something left to do. That makes us all the more delighted that Vimmera® is now officially registered as a trademark. Trademark registration means a great deal to us and marks another milestone on our journey. It highlights and protects the uniqueness of our company name and the Vimmera brand associated with it. From now on, Vimmera is no longer just a “name.” It is now a trademark officially registered with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office.

Our new partner can be reached at +43 650 2461995 or austria@vimmera.de. We are very much looking forward to everything that lies ahead for us together. A warm welcome to the team, Michi!
WertNetzWerke Summit in Nuremberg
“AI, Data & Resilience for SMEs” On October 8, 2026, we will be participating in the 2nd WertNetzWerke Summit at Fraunhofer IIS in Nuremberg. Michael Merscher will give a keynote speech there on the topic of “AI & Change Management – Leadership in Digital Transformation”. We look forward to exchanging ideas about AI, digitalization and practical implementation in SMEs.
Moved
We have moved! You can now find our office at Friedrich-Engels-Allee 84, 14612 Falkensee. By moving to our new premises, we have created more space and can hold training sessions, workshops, and personal consultations in a modern and pleasant environment. This gives our customers and prospects even better opportunities for direct exchange and practical on-site events. If you would like to visit us, we look forward to your appointment. Please arrange it in advance so that we can allocate enough time for your request. All phone numbers and email addresses remain the same; you do not need to change anything. Please note, however, that mail should still be sent to our company headquarters at Löwestraße 66 in 14612 Falkensee.
Insights on LinkedIn
From now on, we will publish "Insights" on LinkedIn every week. These are short articles about AI and its practical use in companies. Our goal is to clearly contextualize specific questions, examples, and use cases and to provide impulses that encourage reflection, discussion, and experimentation. You can read the first insight here .
WertNetzWerke Summit in Oldenburg
On 25 June 2026, we will be taking part in the WertNetzWerke Summit in Oldenburg. Under the motto “The future of SMEs: digitalization, automation and innovation live,” decision-makers from SMEs will come together to discuss concrete paths into the digital future. Michael Merscher will contribute insights on the topic “AI & Change Management – Leadership in the digital transformation.” Because successful AI implementation means more than technology: it is about clear goals, suitable use cases, good processes, and involving the people in the company. We look forward to exciting discussions, new insights, and exchanging ideas with companies that want to use AI in a meaningful and effective way.
Tech & Law Summit
AI is an exciting topic not only because of its potential. But also because this potential lies at the intersection of technology, data protection, information security, and process management. As a result, several regulations always apply at the same time. We do not see these as an obstacle to innovation, but as a helpful guide for developing robust and responsible solutions. Ultimately, however, regulations depend on how they are implemented in practice. Especially when advising others, it is important to know the status quo and to be able to understand different interpretations. That is why we welcome every opportunity to gain insights into how others put things into practice. For example, at the Tech & Law Summit by SRD Rechtsanwälte…
New office
Vimmera is now six months old, and we are pleased to say: a great deal has already been created in this short time. Together with our customers, we have been able to advance exciting projects, gain valuable experience, and at the same time continuously develop our Vimmera Studio. As we grow, so do our requirements for space, structure, and exchange. That is why we are very pleased to move into our new office from 01/07. There, we will have more space for our team in the future as well as suitable rooms for training sessions, workshops, meetings, and audits. For us, this is an important next step and at the same time a wonderful occasion to pause briefly and look…
Mera as a WordPress plugin
Our website has grown recently, especially in terms of content. Many of the new features have so far been visible mainly to our customers. Now there is a visible change for everyone: MERA is now also available as a WordPress plugin. This means MERA can be integrated directly into WordPress-based websites and supports users directly on the content pages. In addition, the new dynamic search preview shows matching results as you type. This makes interaction faster, more direct, and more convenient. Try it out now!
Company formation
Today we officially founded Vimmera AI Solutions GmbH before a notary. This step is not easy for us, because we value our previous company, our work, and our colleagues and will miss them. All the more, we are delighted that from today we are no longer just planning Vimmera, but are truly beginning. For the time being, Rasmus Abromeit will take over the management, and Vincent Münze and Michael Merscher will join in two months.
Organizer
Even as a digital company, quite a bit still happens on paper for us. Even before contracts are discussed at all, an NDA is already on the table. And the actual contract is not the end of it; other important documents such as the data processing agreement are added as well. And sometimes an offer simply feels more tangible when it is available on paper. So that everything still remains well organized and bundled during appointments, we got ourselves small organizational helpers for our visits.
Article in “Unser Havelland”
We mainly work digitally. When we hold paper in our hands, it's something special, often with signatures. Especially now in the start-up phase, these are moments when something becomes tangible. That's why we are particularly pleased to be holding an article about Vimmera in "Unser Havelland" in our hands today. If you want to read it yourself, you can find it in issue 3/26 on page 4. Or digitally at unserhavelland.de
Bureaucracy: done!
As of today, the last formal act of our founding has also been completed: We have received our VAT ID. This means we can now also issue invoices to our partners outside Germany. Two months is quite fast by German standards, but the process still felt much longer. All the more reason for us to be happy to now fully focus on the exciting part of founding and our actual work.
Social Media
For our online presence, we have focused on our homepage over the past few weeks. It was important to us not to create a pure marketing site. We want to present our core topic, the introduction of AI in companies, in great detail. We have now achieved this goal. However, we are well aware that a homepage alone is not enough to inform people about us and our services. Therefore, the next step for us is to be present on social media platforms as well. We are starting with LinkedIn and XING. Our company profiles are now set up there. The first posts will follow shortly.
From today, the three of us
As of today, the three of us are working full-time on Vimmera. In addition to Rasmus Abromeit, Michael Merscher and Vincent Münze are now also managing directors. In recent months, Michael Merscher and Vincent Münze were still in their previous jobs. After the founding and preparation phase, we can now fully focus on our customers together.
Entry in the commercial register
When you are waiting for something yourself, everything feels like it takes even longer. That's why we are all the more pleased that today was the day: We are now registered in the commercial register. The Vimmera AI Solutions GmbH i.G. has now become Vimmera AI Solutions GmbH. And of course, we are already celebrating: First, we are revising all the documents that we had marked with i.G. in the meantime.
