After implementation, we actively support our customers in stabilizing systems in day-to-day use, evaluating experiences, optimizing results, and keeping knowledge up to date. Corporate knowledge changes, products are further developed, processes adapt, legal frameworks change – and AI systems must be able to respond to exactly that. Vimmera AI helps integrate these developments safely, in a structured and controlled way into the systems so that quality, reliability, and value are maintained permanently.
This includes regular reviews, further development, updates, quality checks, and, if desired, the joint continuation of knowledge management. Employees continue to receive support, contacts, assistance, and, if needed, training when new functions are added or areas of use are expanded. This keeps the solutions from being static and allows them to evolve together with the organization.

Learning Systems
A key added value of Vimmera AI’s solutions is that corporate knowledge does not remain static, but continuously evolves – just as people learn in their day-to-day work, gain experience, and expand their knowledge. But unlike freely learning, uncontrolled systems, this learning at Vimmera AI takes place in a structured, traceable, reviewed, and secure manner embedded in clear business processes.
In daily work, new information is constantly created: in emails, documents, minutes, projects, reports, service cases, training sessions, or customer communications. In the past, this valuable content was often lost or remained hidden in individual minds or isolated systems. Vimmera AI can recognize such information, structure it sensibly, and identify it as potentially relevant knowledge without transferring it unchecked or automatically into central knowledge bases.
Instead, new knowledge is first recognized, flagged, prepared, and then reviewed and approved in the next step. Experienced employees, subject matter experts, or defined roles within the company are given the opportunity to review, approve, supplement, or, if necessary, adapt content. Only after this controlled approval is the knowledge permanently integrated into the central knowledge base. This ensures that only reviewed, reliable, professionally correct knowledge that has been consciously approved by your company is actively used.
Equally important: this learning takes place exclusively within your company. The system does not learn for external providers, not for other customers, and not for any global model. Neither external AI providers, nor an underlying LLM, nor Vimmera AI itself gain access to your confidential content or learn from it. The knowledge remains entirely your property, in your systems, under your control.
