Confidentiality is just as much a matter of course for Vimmera AI as data protection and data security. Whenever sensitive, business-critical, or personal information is exchanged, it must be clearly regulated how this data is handled. That is why we generally work on the basis of binding confidentiality agreements, so-called NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements).
As soon as sensitive content plays a role in discussions, analyses, projects, or offers, we, as well as our partners, employees, service providers, and involved third parties, commit to strict confidentiality. This applies regardless of whether the information concerns technical details, trade secrets, internal documents, customer data, or strategic planning.
Clear rules create security
NDAs ensure that all parties know what is confidential, how this information may be used, and what is expressly not permitted. They protect not only your company, but also Vimmera AI and all involved persons from misunderstandings, risks, and legal gray areas.
In doing so, we not only comply with our own confidentiality agreements, but of course also with legal requirements, your individual NDAs, and the internal compliance and security policies of your organization. This creates a legally sound, transparent, and secure framework for every collaboration.
Trust as the basis of collaboration
Confidential communication is the foundation for being able to speak openly about processes, vulnerabilities, ideas, and sensitive data. Only when it is clear that information is protected can projects be carried out successfully and honestly. This is exactly the trust we create through binding NDAs and consistent compliance with all agreed rules.
Further information
We will be happy to provide you with our standard NDAs upon request. Of course, we can also provide individual agreements or agreements tailored to your requirements.
If you have any questions about confidentiality, NDAs, or the secure handling of your data, please contact us ნებისმ anytime. Trust and security are not an option for us – they are the foundation of every collaboration.
Data is a central foundation of modern companies. It is created in digital services, software, documents, processes, communication systems, and AI applications. Company data is not simply technical information.
