Michael Merscher is our economic and technical strategist and brings more than 22 years of experience as a designer as well as a mechanical engineering and patent engineer at the interface of technology, management, and digitalization.

Michael is our CEO and is responsible, among other things, for finance, consulting, and sales.

In a leadership role, he has built up technology and product divisions in several market-leading industrial companies, helped shape strategic sales, and sustainably optimized complex processes. Most recently, he served for over 16 years as CTO and member of the executive management of an internationally active medium-sized company, where he established AI as a central tool for productivity, quality, and competitiveness. In addition, he led a leading industrial association for over six years, gaining deep insights into the working methods, challenges, and structures of a wide variety of companies.

In his private life, he is a father of two children and finds balance in sports. Responsibility, reliability, and perseverance therefore shape not only his professional life, but also his personal daily life.
