But: The data, knowledge bases, and structures contained within them belong to you. And these can—under clearly defined conditions—be transferred, migrated, or moved into other systems.
That means: If your strategic direction changes, if you want to consolidate systems, or if special circumstances arise, we can jointly make agreements that enable the migration or handover of databases, knowledge bases, or content.
Of course, this always happens with consideration for confidentiality, NDAs, intellectual property, and the protection of our own know-how. But there are solutions that ensure your investment is not lost and that you do not end up in a dead end.
