The honest answer is:
It cannot be stated seriously without knowing you and your company.
Vimmera AI does not offer ready-made “off-the-shelf AI products” where you simply upload a few documents and select a price from a list. We do not sell a standard chatbot or generic AI. We develop and operate customized enterprise solutions that must fit your processes, goals, and quality requirements exactly.
And that is precisely why every collaboration begins with a conversation.
Why we need to know your processes
A professional AI must know how your company operates, which processes exist, which information applies, which rules must be followed, and what quality is expected.
We do not want an AI that answers “something”.
We want an AI that works 100% correctly, transparently, and reliably.
To do this, we must clarify together:

- Which processes should be supported or automated?

Usage instead of flat rates
Many parts of an AI solution – especially the use of AI models – are billed based on consumption. AI requires computing power and energy. A system that is used little costs correspondingly less than a system that is used thousands of times a day.
We work with fixed hourly rates for project work and clearly defined flat rates or usage prices for LLMs, computing power, and system operation.
