Our solutions are designed to evolve, grow, and continuously improve—professionally, organisationally, and technically.
After implementation, we actively support our customers in stabilizing systems in everyday operations, evaluating experiences, optimising results, and keeping knowledge up to date. Corporate knowledge changes, products are further developed, processes adapt, legal frameworks change—and AI systems must be able to respond to exactly that. Vimmera AI helps to securely, structurally, and controllably integrate these developments into the systems so that quality, reliability, and benefits are permanently maintained.
This includes regular reviews, further developments, updates, quality controls, and—if desired—the joint continuation of knowledge management. Employees continue to receive support, contact persons, assistance, and, if necessary, training when new functions are added or areas of application are expanded. This way, the solutions do not remain static but evolve together with the organisation.
Our aim is not to introduce AI once—but to design sustainable, dynamic, and future-proof systems that make a measurable contribution in the long term. That is why Vimmera AI remains not only a technical provider but also a reliable partner—even after successful implementation.
Learning Systems
A key added value of Vimmera AI’s solutions is that corporate knowledge does not remain static but continuously evolves—just as people learn, gain experience, and expand their knowledge in everyday work. But unlike self-learning, uncontrolled systems, this learning at Vimmera AI is structured, traceable, verified, and securely embedded in clear corporate processes.
New information is constantly generated in daily work: in emails, documents, protocols, projects, reports, service cases, training, or customer communication. These valuable contents were often lost in the past or remained hidden in individual minds or isolated systems. Vimmera AI can recognise such information, structure it meaningfully, and identify it as potentially relevant knowledge, without integrating it unchecked into central knowledge bases.
Instead, new knowledge is first recognised, marked, prepared, and then reviewed and approved in the next step. Experienced employees, subject matter experts, or defined roles from the company have the opportunity to review, approve, supplement, or, if necessary, adapt content. Only after this controlled approval is the knowledge permanently integrated into the central knowledge base. This ensures that only verified, reliable, professionally correct, and consciously approved knowledge from your company is actively used.
Equally important: this learning takes place exclusively within your company. The system does not learn for external providers, not for other customers, and not for any global model. Neither external AI providers, nor an underlying LLM, nor Vimmera AI itself gain access to your confidential content or learn from it. The knowledge remains entirely in your possession, in your systems, under your control—protected, confidential, and strictly shielded.
