Michael Merscher

Michael Merscher is our economic and technical strategist and brings more than 22 years of experience as a designer as well as a mechanical and patent engineer at the interface of technology, management, and digitalization.

In a leadership role, he has built up technical and product areas in several market-leading industrial companies, helped shape strategic sales, and sustainably optimized complex processes. Most recently, he worked for over 16 years as CTO and member of the management board of an internationally active medium-sized company, where he established AI as a central tool for productivity, quality, and competitiveness. In addition, he led a leading industrial association for over six years, gaining deep insights into the working methods, challenges, and structures of a wide variety of companies.
