Data security is not an add-on at Vimmera AI, but a central foundation of every solution. AI can only be used sensibly and responsibly if it is always clear where data is stored, who is allowed to access it, and what happens to it. Especially because AI systems work with particularly valuable company knowledge, the protection of this data must be secured both technically and organizationally from the outset.

This is not just about servers or cloud systems, but about the entire lifecycle of the data: from collection to processing, storage, backup, and archiving. Backups, data carriers, mobile devices, laptops, servers, cloud storage, and local installations are considered part of a unified security architecture at Vimmera AI. All these components are secured with encryption, access controls, and clear security policies, so that data remains protected even if devices are lost, systems are replaced, or backup copies are accessed.

To this end, Vimmera AI uses modern methods for encryption at rest and in transit, combined with clear role and authorization concepts. A binding data protection and security policy creates transparency about how data is processed, stored, and protected—for customers, users, and auditors alike. Another central component is protection against manipulation. Special filters and control systems prevent inputs or outputs from being used to circumvent internal rules, extract confidential information, or induce the AI to behave undesirably. Requests are checked, responses validated, and matched with security policies before being issued to users. This keeps the system stable and controllable even under unusual or malicious inputs.
