Confidential email communication with Vimmera AI
The protection of confidential information does not end at the system boundary of our AI solutions at Vimmera AI. Communication with prospects, customers, and partners must also be secure, protected, and trustworthy. That is why Vimmera AI offers complete end-to-end encryption for all email mailboxes.
Every email mailbox from Vimmera AI is set up for encrypted communication via OpenPGP. This allows messages to be encrypted so that only the intended recipient can read them—even if they are transmitted over the public internet. Third parties, mail servers, or network operators have no access to the content.
Public keys and secure contact
A separate public OpenPGP key is available for each Vimmera AI mailbox. You can find these keys in our download area as well as via the official OpenPGP key server at:
vks://keys.openpgp.org
You can use this public key to encrypt your email to us so that only the respective Vimmera AI mailbox can decrypt it again.
How to start confidential communication
If you already use OpenPGP, you can write to us directly in encrypted form by using our public key.
If you have not yet set up OpenPGP, you can also simply send us an unencrypted email indicating that you wish to communicate confidentially. Vimmera AI will then send you all the necessary information, including our public key and a short guide on how to set up encryption.
As soon as you provide us with your own public key, we will use it for all further replies. In this way, communication is fully end-to-end encrypted in both directions.
Why this is important
With OpenPGP, we ensure that confidential content such as contract data, technical information, personal data, or business-critical details cannot be viewed or intercepted by third parties. Only you and the respective recipient at Vimmera AI can read the content.
This enables truly secure, private, and protected communication—regardless of which mail servers or networks the messages are transmitted over.
