Our customers receive our internal data protection and data security concept from us without being asked.

Everyone should know exactly what happens with which data and how exactly we protect data.

No Sensitive Data by Phone or Email

Vimmera AI will never

  • by phone
  • by email
  • by SMS
  • or via messenger services

ask for sensitive information or have it changed via these channels.


This applies in particular to:

  • bank details
  • payment data
  • access data
  • passwords
  • contract or billing data
  • identity or personnel data

Likewise, we will never ask you to change invoice data, bank details, or payment targets at short notice by email or phone.

Protected and Verified Communication Channels

The exchange of sensitive or business-critical data at Vimmera AI takes place exclusively via previously agreed, clearly identified, and technically secured communication channels. These include, for example:

  • specially set up customer portals
  • secured cloud or server areas
  • encrypted and verified transmission paths (e.g. PGP-encrypted emails)
  • contractually defined communication channels

Which channels may be used will be clearly defined with you as part of the collaboration.

Please never disclose sensitive data if you are asked to do so by email, phone, or via unknown communication channels – even if the sender appears to be Vimmera AI.

If you receive a message asking you to change payment data, bank details, or other sensitive information, please always contact us via an official contact method known to you before responding.
