1. The introductory meeting

The introductory meeting – the first step towards effective AI

The use of artificial intelligence in companies does not begin with technology, but with understanding.
That’s why every collaboration with Vimmera AI starts with a structured introductory meeting.

This meeting serves to truly understand your organization, your challenges, and your goals. It is not a sales presentation or a technical inquiry, but a professional exchange on equal footing.

At the same time, you also get to know us. We introduce you to Vimmera AI, our way of working, and our technological approach so that you get a clear picture of how a collaboration works and what the use of AI in your company actually means.

Of course, you will have space for all your questions. Use the meeting to openly address everything that is important to you – professionally, organizationally, or strategically.

What is the purpose of the introductory meeting?

In the introductory meeting, we clarify together:

  • How does your organization really work today?
  • Where do bottlenecks, friction losses, or unnecessary effort arise?
  • Which information, processes, or tasks tie up particularly many resources?
  • Where is there a lack of transparency, security, or speed?
  • What goals are you pursuing – professionally, organizationally, and strategically?

The goal is to get a clear picture of your real working environment – not just the formal processes, but the actual practice.

Because only if we understand how your company really works can we assess whether and how AI can actually help you.

What happens in this meeting?

In the introductory meeting, we talk about your organization, not about abstract AI technology.
You describe your situation, your challenges, and your expectations – we listen, ask targeted questions, and put things into context.

In doing so, we look at, among other things:

  • Your key workflows and processes
  • The handling of knowledge, documents, and information
  • Typical bottlenecks, follow-up questions, or sources of error
  • The use of existing systems and tools
  • The role of employees, service, technology, sales, or administration (etc.)

On this basis, a first shared understanding emerges of where real levers for improvement lie – and where AI can be used sensibly, safely, and economically.

How much time should be planned for this meeting?

For the introductory meeting, we consciously take as much time as necessary – usually between 60 and 90 minutes.

This time is important so that we can really understand your company or organization, your goals, and your framework conditions, and not just gain a superficial impression.

At the same time, it gives you the opportunity to get to know Vimmera AI, our way of working, and our approach in peace and to ask all the questions that are relevant to your decision-making.

This creates a solid, trusting foundation for further collaboration right from the start.

What you get out of it

After the introductory meeting, you will know significantly more than before:

  • whether AI currently makes sense for your organization
  • which areas of application promise the greatest benefit
  • where effort is really worthwhile – and where it is not
  • which next steps would make sense professionally and economically

You will not receive blanket promises, but an honest, professionally sound assessment.

For us, this meeting is the basis for every responsible solution.
Because Vimmera AI does not stand for “AI at any price” or “AI overnight,” but for systems that truly relieve the burden in everyday life, stabilize processes, and empower people – with genuinely measurable benefits.

In short

The introductory meeting is the starting point for a partnership-based collaboration:
transparent, structured, and focused on real benefits.

It creates clarity, trust, and a common foundation – so that AI not only works later, but has an impact.
