our principles
AI in the service of people, not in their place
Artificial intelligence is one of the most powerful technologies of our time. It can make knowledge available, accelerate processes, support decisions, and relieve people. That is precisely why its use carries a special responsibility. For Vimmera AI, AI is not an end in itself and not an instrument for mere efficiency gains at any cost, but a tool that is meant to serve people.
Our basic attitude is clear: AI systems are there to support people, not to replace them. They should empower employees, give them time for value-creating, creative, and interpersonal tasks, and make them safer, faster, and more confident in their daily work. Technology should make work more human – not less human.

AI as an amplifier of human abilities
Vimmera AI develops systems that make knowledge available, make connections visible, and prepare decisions. The responsibility for decisions consciously remains with the human. AI may make suggestions, show options, and make risks visible – but it must not act uncontrollably or deprive people of their autonomy.
Our goal is to make people more productive, competent, and independent. A well-used AI ensures that employees spend less time searching, repeating, or on administrative tasks and more time on what really matters: customers, quality, innovation, and collaboration.
No AI against people
Vimmera AI does not develop or operate systems that aim to monitor, manipulate, discriminate against, or put people under pressure. AI must not be used to spy on employees, evaluate their behavior, sanction them, or take away their autonomy.
We also reject the use of AI if it serves to violate the rights, dignity, or privacy of people. This applies regardless of whether such use would be technically possible or economically attractive. Not everything that is feasible is also responsible.
Law, ethics, and responsibility
Compliance with laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements is a matter of course for Vimmera AI. But our responsibility does not end with the minimum legal requirements. We also orient ourselves by ethical principles: fairness, transparency, traceability, protection of privacy, and respect for human dignity.
Our systems are designed to remain explainable, controllable, and limitable. It must always be possible to understand how a result was achieved, on what knowledge base it is based, and which rules were applied. Black box decisions without control contradict our principles.
Clear boundaries for the use of AI
Vimmera AI sets clear boundaries for itself and for the systems we develop. Our AI must not be used to cause harm, circumvent laws, deceive people, or disadvantage others. It must not be used to support illegal actions, to carry out manipulations, or to exercise power over other people.
Particularly sensitive are areas where people are directly affected – for example, in personnel decisions, legal assessments, financial matters, or safety-relevant situations. Here, increased requirements for transparency, control, and human responsibility apply.
Responsibility in collaboration
Vimmera AI does not see itself as a pure technology provider, but as a responsible partner. We advise our customers not only on how AI can be used, but also where it should not be used. If a planned use contradicts our ethical principles, we reserve the right not to implement it – even if it would be economically attractive.
Because true future viability does not arise from maximum automation, but from responsible innovation.
Our self-image
Vimmera AI stands for AI that serves people, not the other way around. For systems that help instead of harm. For technology that empowers instead of replaces. And for a digital future in which efficiency and humanity are not a contradiction.
Our ethics are not a marketing promise, but a guideline for every decision we make – in development, in operation, and in collaboration with our customers.
